History information

October, 1940 It started as a Sakamoto factory Corp. It was chiefly engaged in the gauge production sales.
May, 1964 The organization change was done to Sakamoto Kyoritsu Seiki Inc.
It was engaged in vehicle parts (race parts, and prototype parts) manufacturing.
October, 1991 The organization change was done to Sakamoto Kyoritsu Seiki Co.,Ltd.
December, 1998 The Tochigi factory was newly established in Tochigi Prefecture Kanuma City, fukahodo
(Utsunomiya center industrial estate C division).
And, the crank mass production line was newly established.
November, 2001 ISO9001 (quality management system) acquisition
June, 2005 The second factory was newly established in the Tochigi factory site.
July, 2005 The second crank mass production line began in the second factory.
April, 2006 The cylinder head mass production line began in the first factory.
July, 2006 The third crank mass production line began in the second factory.
January, 2008 It began to mass-produce the camshaft in the second factory.
May, 2008 The connecting rod mass production line began in the second factory.
